Vietnam Airlines officially opens direct flights linking Nha Trang with Seoul, starting on March 25, 2018, with a frequency of 04 flights per week, using Airbus A321 aircraft. This is the airline’s fourth route connecting Vietnam with the capital of South Korea, following the air links between Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City/Da Nang and Seoul.

Nha Trang is a tourist destination with many famous beaches, warm weather all year round and convenient transportation connections. Seoul, home to Incheon International Airport, Korea's largest airport, is one of the major hubs for flights, passengers and cargo throughout East Asia.

On the occasion of inaugurating the route, Lotusmiles members will receive additional special bonus miles (see the table below) during the promotion period from March 25 to June 30, 2018 when boarding each of the nonstop flights between Nha Trang and Seoul.

In addition, Vietnam Airlines will present a premium membership card for the members with registered address in Vietnam who take just one round-trip flight on Flexible Business (J/C) between Vietnam and Korea during the period from March 25 to December 31, 2018. Promotional details are as follows:

  • Titanium members will have membership upgraded to Gold members, or

  • The newly registered and Silver members will get Titanium membership (Each member can get upgrade only once during the promotion period).
