Raising Vietnamese cuisine with Vietnam Airlines
Luke Nguyen, renowned chef with many restaurants around the world, has become Vietnam Airlines' Global Cuisine Ambassador, with a mission to elevate Vietnamese culture and cuisine to a new height.
From 2018 to 2020, the Ambassador will take on the role of improving the quality of Vietnam Airlines' inflight meals. This "Cuisine Magician" will create eight new dishes, featuring Vietnam’s Northern, Central, Southern regions and in Hue city for Business Class and provide further advice on 50 Business Class menus on several routes.
Honoring a master chef of Vietnamese origin as the Global Cuisine Ambassador for the first time is part of Vietnam Airlines' strategy to improve its service quality and customer experience.
