Now, with just a few simple steps, you can manage your own ticket refund to a voucher for use in the future.
Note:
Applicable to tickets purchased on the Vietnam Airlines website/app in Vietnam and for Vietnam domestic itineraries Applicable to completely unused tickets, refund period is 3 hours prior to departure time of the first flight sector. Travel voucher is valid for one year from the date of refund You can use the travel voucher to buy tickets, luggage and other ancillary services from Vietnam Airlines You can use part or the full value of the voucher in its validity. Any remaining balance after using a portion of the voucher is transferred to another voucher The passenger name on the voucher must match the passenger name on the refund ticket Voucher redemption conditions and fees:

Free. If after completing the travel voucher you do not need to use it, your fare amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. Refund after 3 months from the date of issue of the voucher. Refund fee is subject to the purchased fare. |
